Leila Henare is the founder of ZanFit, a women-focused fitness and wellness program dedicated to building strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. A mom of three grown children, Leila’s passion for fitness began at 15 and continued throughout her life, even as a young mother prioritizing her health and well-being.
Her true transformation came five years ago when she discovered weight training. In just eight weeks, she experienced life-changing results that ignited her mission to help other women do the same. This led her to pursue her personal training certification and dedicate her work to empowering women through effective workouts, nutrition support, and mindset coaching.
Leila believes every woman deserves to feel strong and connected to her body. Through ZanFit, she helps women rediscover their potential and build a lifestyle they genuinely love.
